David V. Taylor

President and CEO

David Taylor founded Windale Oilfield Services in 1979, specializing in drilling & completions in western Canada. Windale Oilfield Services regularly employed over 30 personnel including accounting, regulatory, production, engineering, drilling, completion, and workover staff.

David Taylor served as Vice President of operations for ElectroPetroleum Canada. Vice President of production for Aerostar Resources in Western Canada.

David Taylor was Drilling and Completions Manager at OSUM Oil Sands working on oil sands and carbonate plays.  He was Drilling and Completions Manager at Cutpick Energy managing the Viking formations horizontal and multi-stage frac completions in Alberta, and with Meridian Exploration as drilling and completions superintendent Viking horizontal and multi-stage frac completions in Saskatchewan.

Over the past 40+ years, Mr. Taylor as acted as Vice president Manager and Superintendent, for many Western Canadian Oil companies.

22 years on executive of the renowned Lloydminster Heavy Oil Show with 2 terms as Chairman. 

Jim Krissa

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Krissa has more than 40 years of operational, technical, and managerial oilfield experience in areas of production, field operations, drilling, completions and oilfield construction in Canada and internationally. Presently Mr. Krissa is an Oilfield Consultant in Canada.

Prior to this, Mr. Krissa was Country Manager in Trinidad for a period of 10 years bringing Touchstone Exploration from 130 BOPD to 1700 BOPD.  Mr. Krissa was Operations Manager with Anglo Albanian Petroleum proving viability of production from very deep heavy oil reservoirs on the Balkan Peninsula. Mr. Krissa also has extensive experience in thermal oil production in Canada and abroad. 

Mr. Krissa has held senior field positions with Pan Canadian Petroleum, Murphy Oil Company Limited, Wiser Oil of Canada and Sherritt International Limited in Cuba. Mr. Krissa is a Canadian Citizen.

Brian Hearst, CA  

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hearst is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry, 20 years’ experience as CFO with small public energy companies plus 12 years with a major energy company.  Brian has been a team member in many equity and debt financings, dealing with regulators, investment bankers, lawyers, auditors, commercial bankers, reservoir engineers, and company professionals.  He has well-rounded experience in company management and good knowledge of all aspects of the energy industry, both domestic and international.

Through his work Mr. Hearst has managed equity fundraisings in Canada, the United States, Colombia and the United Kingdom. In those same countries he has achieved public stock exchange listings for TSX and TSXV, London AIM Exchange, and BVC in Colombia. Beyond this work he has considerable experience in dealing with the financial and regulatory requirements in Canada, the U.S. and the regimes of several other countries.

Brian Hearst has cost-effectively managed assets for public and private companies with both international and domestic operations. His work has included overall responsibility for corporate financial reporting, the negotiation of bank loans, bonds and debentures in several countries and regularly interfacing with institutional and private investors. Over the last 15 years Mr. Hearst has been the Chief Financial Officer for public companies operating in Western Canada, South America, Russia and India.

Recently Brian has been the president of a private service company (name) delivering financial services to a variety of domestic and international corporations. He is also the Director and Chair of the audit committee (Name) for several start up Canadian mining companies.

Shiraz Murf Rajab

Engineering Manager Trinidad

Mr. Rajab has over 50 years of experience with private and public oil and gas energy companies locally and abroad. This includes leadership, managerial, technical, operations training and mentoring roles. Mr. Rajab is a BSc graduate in Petroleum Engineering and Geology and holds an MBA in Business Management.

Mr. Rajab has extensive experience in drilling, petroleum engineering, geology, reservoir engineering, production testing operations. Mr. Rajab also has extensive experience dealing with local statutory bodies, the Ministry of Energy and the Environmental Management Authority in Trinidad and Tobago.
